We monitor all of our services 24/7, and automated notifiers
go out to the Sys Admin on duty as soon as a problem is detected. 99.99% of the
time we know about problems and fix them long before customers encounter them.If
a problem persists, we report the status and results on this page.

(for non-emergency issues) or use our emergency email address if it's a real emergency
(Customers: call or email support and ask if you don't know our emergency email

your operating system type and version as well as the software version you are
